Workskills BTEC Level 2 is a course designed to enable our young people to successfully complete job applications, develop key interview skills and enable them to confidently enter the world of work.  It is the intent of this course to help our students prepare for work experience and prepare while they study.

Through practice application forms and mock Interviews with staff.  This course will allow students to build a portfolio of evidence to achieve this qualification.  From analyzing bad examples of applications, to the language skills needed to interview well.  This course will help prepare student for life beyond education.

Being able to apply for a job and speak to potential employers are skills our students will take away from Post 16 with and use for life.  We want to provide opportunities to enable our young people to be the best versions of themselves and be able to speak confidently about the skills that can offer an employer.  This course will help our students enter the world of work successfully.
